While all Thompson Seedless Raisins are made from Thompson Seedless green grapes,  our raisins are brown because the grapes change color when dried in the sun.
Raisins that are “golden” are grapes that have been dried in a dehydrator and often have sulfur dioxide as a preservative added. Brown raisins are what you want!
